We completed more than 400 transactions in 2006, 540 in 2007 for more than $116 million in volume, and are well on track to hit 700 in 2008. What does that mean for you?

The entire team is dedicated to continuing education through both real estate seminars and regular in-house training. In addition, the team has earned multiple designations by studying the laws and practices of the real estate industry. Goldwasser Real Estate holds designations in the Council of Residential Specialists; Graduate, REALTOR® Institute; Accredited Buyer Representation; and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. They are graduates of the Star Power University and attend team continuing education over five hours each week.
